ClobbaQM makes it possible to change CallQueues and AutoAttendants without Team admin rights.
This means that, for example, the queue owner can change the welcome greeting or opening hours without raising a ticket with ServiceDesk, and everyone in ServiceDesk can, for example, make changes to the configuration of a CallQueue without having admin rights.
ClobbaQM provides faster and more flexible access to adjust according to the need here and now – and thus increased service level towards customers.
