UC Change was established in 2015 by Per Hesthaven, who still owns and runs the company.

From the start, the basic idea has been change management in the field of tension between IT and organization for larger companies in Denmark.

From the start, UC Change worked with change management in relation to the implementation of Microsoft Skype for Business. We requested data for analysis and reporting on performance – we always need to see if measures are working as intended – and Microsoft connected us with Code Software.

The collaboration with Code software has developed into an independent business area, where UC Change represents Code Software in the Nordic region.
